More than 250,000 people have taken advantage of free admission to more than 200 museums and galleries in Croatia on Friday night, as the 10th annual Museum Night (Noć Muzeja) was held…
Organised by the Croatian Museum Association, the jubilee 10th edition was held under the title “Inventions and Discoveries – Nikola Tesla, a universal mind”. Museums, galleries and other institutions throughout Croatia opened their doors for free and also additional entertainment programmes, such as concerts, film screenings, workshops, and talks with artists.
The first Museum Night started in 2005 when just six museums took part, and it has now grown into a significant event in the country. (photos / Facebook)
