20% Foreign Tourist Growth in Zagreb in October

The Croatian capital had 79,320 tourists visit in October, 18% more than in the same month last year. Overnight stays were also up 10% with 134,394 overnights recorded, the Zagreb Tourist Board announced on Friday. Foreign tourists made up 64,597 of the total number of arrivals in October, growth of 20% on the same month in 2012. Germans, followed by Japanese, Americans, Italians and Koreans were the largest foreign groups to visit Zagreb in October.
