11-year-old Canadian-Croat Peter Blazevic continues to make strides in the golfing world…

Blazevic, who won back-to-back titles at the Canadian Junior Golf Association’s (CJGA) World Junior Challenge last year, has now won the Golf Association of Ontario’s (GAO) inaugural Peewee Championship which ended yesterday at the Puslinch Lake Golf Course in Cambridge, Canada.

Blazevic beat 58 of the province’s top young players at the championship, which is open to players under the age of 13. Blazevic, who is a member at the Trafalgar Golf & Country Club, had the best round of the day yesterday finishing even. With an opening round four-over (74), Blazevic earned the win at four-over for the tournament (74-70-144).

Well done, Peter. Definitely a name to look out for.
